Disrupt Development supported Oxfam Novib with a process to puzzle together their vision on equal partnerships and (re-)define themselves and their role as a partner in their global ecosystem. This was a journey that involved systemic mapping and sensing into their current role as well as the future they want to create by involving many layers of their organization as well as many different stakeholders and partners. A team of 4 feminist facilitators worked on this trajectory.
