In 2022, we supported Oxfam in defining their vision for equal partnerships and redefining their role in the global ecosystem. Approved by Oxfam Novib's Board of Directors, this vision led to a comprehensive action plan with 12 experiments aimed at reshaping partnership dynamics.

In 2023, we continued this journey with intensive consultations and began experimenting to reshape partnerships. Disrupt Development is currently supporting 7 experiments focused on cultivating authentic partnerships, redefining agreements, introducing new funding mechanisms and governance models, and promoting solidarity through communication campaigns. This underscores our ongoing commitment to advancing Oxfam Novib's strategic goals and signifies our dedication to continuous progress in this transformative process.
